DELIVERY & RETURNS
We accept payments by Creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, KBC/CBC Payment Button and Belfius Direct Net. You can also choose to pay the amount indicated on the order confirmation by bank transfer, using the IBAN codes and BIC codes (if you reside outside The Netherlands). Our account details are:

All orders will be dispatched as fast as possible once your payment has been confirmed. We will send the order confirmation to the email address that you indicated on your account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. Deliveries are made within 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Please note that postal and/or customs delays can occur and are outside of our control. The risk of damage or loss of the ordered goods passes to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
European orders are dispatched by PostNL or DPD which will require a signature upon receipt.
We offer standard shipping on orders to all countries except Russia and North-Korea. Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page, once your delivery address is confirmed. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number.
You can return your item within 14 days from the moment you receive your delivery. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and have all the original labels attached. The original packaging must also be included. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to you at your cost. We're unable to offer a refund for products that are made-to-order or customized to your size.
In case of a return, we advise you to use an insured shipping service as products are your responsibility until the products arrives at our warehouse. We refund the nett value of the returned item(s), excluding shipment costs. We do not offer a free return policy.
