DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders will be dispatched as fast as possible, once payment has been confirmed.
We will send the order confirmation to the email address that you indicated on your account.
We will inform you as soon as we know if there are any problems or discrepancies.
Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be longer.
European orders are dispatched by PostNL or DPD, which requires a signature on receipt. If you are not available to accept the delivery, PostNL or DPD will leave a card.
Deliveries are made within 3-10 business days after your order has been dispatched.
If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels.
Postage and packing is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.
Please be aware that postal and or customs delays can occur and these delays are outside of our control.
The recipient must pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “MISSING delivery” and the order number in the subject.

This is a safe and easy way to pay without exposing your bank details or credit card details. There are no payment costs involved. As soon as you are a (free) member of the Paypal system, you can make payments to other Paypal members, via email. You can also connect your credit card to your Paypal account, in order to pay by credit card.

You may pay the amount indicated in the order confirmation by bank transfer, using the Iban codes and BIC codes (if you reside outside The Netherlands).

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returned products must have all the original labels attached, and be in their original packaging.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are made to order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. Items will be returned at your own cost.
